FAQs

Question: Are you a non-profit organization? If so, how can you speak out against certain politicians since the IRS forbids it?

Answer:
No, we are not a non-profit organization, and we are not a “profitable” organization. We do not solicit funds nor do we accept money in donations. We are a group of citizen advocates who are not subject to the IRS and the IRS prohibitions against some forms of campaigning. We have the right to “freedom of speech” and we exercise this right daily.

Also, we do not campaign for or against individual politician in any fashion. We do not endorse one politician over another. We instead strive to inform citizens about the actions of politicians so that each individual can choose whom they wish to support.

We will speak against those politicians that wrong the American people, and we will post notices of thanks for those that are fighting for the same causes we believe in, but this does not mean we endorse one over the other. In some cases you may see us criticize the action of one while thanking the same one on another day due to a positive action from that individual.

In this manner we do not “inform” people on how to vote, we instead present the documentation and arguments so that citizens can then vote their conscious.

Question: If your group is a civil rights group, then why do you “preach” so much? Doesn’t separation of church and state apply to your group? By preaching you are doing something unconstitutional!

Answer: Separation of church and state applies to the government, not to Citizens. Citizens have the freedom to speak and worship as they so choose. We are not government employees and we are not a governmental organization; so we are not subject to “separation of church and state”. We are a group of Patriotic Christians that believe in God and Jesus Christ our Savior. We can “preach” all we like, because our beliefs are that this country was formed by Godly people, with Godly values and that this is a Godly country despite what some others believe. Just look on our currency and you will see that this Country acknowledges that “In God We Trust”. We also have the freedom to believe as we so choose, and we choose to believe in Christian values.

Question: If you do not accept money, then how are you paying for this website? Certainly someone is!

Answer:
That’s truly really none of your business, but to answer your question: with today’s technology, running a website is very affordable. We can run 100 websites for the bargain price of $10 per month and the yearly cost of each domain name if we wanted to. We are hard working tax paying citizens, and we most certainly can afford to pay for this website out of pocket without the need to solicit for “donations”.

Question: How can I send you a donation?

Answer: Your signature is more valuable than money. Sign a petition, write the President, write your Senators, write your Representative and heck, even write your Mayor! Speak out for what you believe in, and let your wishes, beliefs and opinions be known to those you vote for.

Gifts that we can use are also appreciated. Stamps, paper, ink and envelopes are always needed and welcomed so that we can write even more letters and mail even more petitions to legislators and other government workers.

Question: I was arrested and I think the cops that arrested me searched my car illegally. Can you help me?

Answer:
Get a lawyer. We are not attorneys and as such we cannot help with legal issues.
