Bill H.R. 1295 is a bill that requires parental notification in cases where minors seek abortions.

The passage of this bill would be a HUGE step towards fighting abortion. This bill would make it a crime for abortion providers to perform abortions on minor children unless the parents have been notified of the planned abortion. It also stipulates that once a parent has been notified, the parent can seek an injunction to stop the abortion. Read more

Write your representative and senators and let them know that you oppose the draft and any form of mandatory involuntary servitude under the guise of “community service”.
